1 MAY CHANGE DETAILS

From THURS 1 MAY in AUCKLAND:

All TV and radio stations on the current KORDIA MUX will be restacked due to reorganisation of the radio spectrum by the Ministry for Business Innovation & Employment (MBIE).

  • The KORDIA MUX at Waiatarua will be on RF 37;
  • The KORDIA MUX at the other four Auckland infull sites (Pine Hill, Remuera, Skytower, Waiheke) will be on RF 36.

From THURS 1 MAY nationwide:

The following TV stations will move to new MUX allocations as part of an agreement between the broadcasters and the transmission providers.

The RF details for the above channels differ dependent on transmission provider and region, please refer to MBIE's Radio Spectrum Allocations [DOWNLOAD PDF] for their RF numbers after THURS 1 MAY.

NOTE: For JDA areas, "Kordia (J1) MUX" in the table above are displayed as "JDA" on MBIE's Radio Spectrum Allocations [DOWNLOAD PDF] chart.
