Hoping for some help.  This morning when we turned on our Zygo s2000 Freeview to watch saved recordings, they had all gone.  It still shows that we have 29% storage space left, so guess they are still there just not listed.  The recording schedule is still there.  

I unplugged it from power all day, but upon switching back on, we still have the same problem.  I have checked and no update. 

This has happened once before and we ended up resetting and lost everything. I have done a manual record just now, and that has worked.

Is there any update that will fix it this time.  Really hope we haven't lost all our recordings as may need them if we end up having to self isolate.
