Channel 33 shows listings but no actual broadcast

Is there a technical issue with channel 33? It shows the program listings but no actual broadcast. I am in the Canterbury area.

Can you do a retune on your device and see if Channel 33 comes back?

I already did before posting. I have 3 devices and none of them can get the picture. Other channels are just fine.
