Hi Graham,

It sounds like the Sky dish you have hooked into has been realigned to Optus D2 for the previous owner, so when you did a scan it picked up the 70 - 80 foreign and Christian channels on there.

So, if you're getting the likes of Abu Dhabi, Oman, KTV, Church, GOD TV, RT, Press, NHK World, BVN, TNT, Duna, ERT, etc, then those are definately channels off Optus D2 and you need to get an installer to realign the dish to Optus D1. Are you in the Waikato?, because we're based in Hamilton,

Thanks Bill, that is exactly what I'm getting. I'm in Nelson, so the call out charge might be a little too much from the Waikato.

Yes, it could be! But then I could use it as an excuse to get down the South Island in my Motorhome - But then, I wouldn't want to come back up here!!!!

Might pay to get someone local - maybe a Nelson Installer reads this forum.
