Intermittent Freeview Plus

Hello
We have a Sony KDL 48W600B. Sometimes we get the Freeview Plus icon come up and can use Freeviews functions, on demand etc. The next day, can't get the icon to show so no Freeview possible. Why is this occurring?

Hi Mike

Have you tried pressing the RED button on your remote, even if the banner does not appear?
If you are unable to pull up the Mini Guide, it is likely there are issues with your internet connection, or the software on the TV needs to be updated.

Thanks Josh.
Yes pressing red button doesn't bring up the banner.
No internet issues, Netflix etc all working so no issue there.
Software on TV most up to date when try to update.
