We already have Sky and because UHF freeview reception via the UHF aerial is inferior , we now want to use the sky dish. What's the best way to integrate the freeview decoder with the sky dish ?. The otherTV (freeview capable is in another room)

Hi Robbo

Thanks for your enquiry, You will need to purchase a ALL PORTS POWER-PASS 2 way splitter and use this to split the feed from the dish to both your SKY Box and Satellite Freeview box

That way you can watch two individual services using one dish

If you require any further information then let me know

Kind Regards
Joshua

if the sky dish has the new 4 outputs lnb just run a new cable

Most of the Freeview Satellite decoders have a 'Loop Out' connector and you can use this to connect into your Sky decoder.

i.e. Satellite dish connects to your Freeview decoder and then (Via a cable that you will need to purchase) connects to the Satellite input of your Sky decoder.
