No signal

Hi,
We moved to a new home that has an antenna outside. We have our previous transonic satellite free view box but we can't seem to connect to the free view. It says no signal when we do a blind scan. I am convinced all the plugs are connected correctly.
Any idea what I'm not doing right.

Hi. Do you have a dish connected to the transonic satellite box? You will need one of them and not a standard aerial for that box to work. If you are plugging it into a dish at your new place, it could have a faulty LNB which might be the cause.

We had to buy an antenna freeview box. the satellite freeview box would not pick up the signal.
