Evert time I switch on my Satbox 7070 a warning message appears stating "some frequencies are added in the transmission press ok to upload now"
I have followed the on screen instructions and then the next message states "failed to download"
This happens every time. I have manually scanned and updated all the channels and receive all of the channels but this message still appears every time I switch on.
Has anyone any idea how to get rid of this message?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Al Jazeera was added to the Satellite Broadcast, but not all Receivers are able to tune in to the Channel.

Unfortunately, the Receiver that you have, is one of the Receivers unable to tune Al Jazeera. If you turn the Receiver OFF, you're likely to receive the prompt again when you turn the Receiver back ON. There's no Setting that will prevent the prompt, or turn it OFF.

You'd need a suitable Receiver, below is a list of the different Models we've had over the years that are capable of tuning Al Jazeera.

No longer Manufactured: S7090PVR, S8200, S8100, S8300, SNT7070, SNT7070HbbTV, A2, S7030PVR, S9040DVD, S7070rHD
Current Models: SAT1, A7070, S7070PVR.

Thank you for your reply. I receive Al Jazerra on the sat broadcast but your reply makes sense. Cheers
