Have you tried rescanning the decoder or rebooting it.

Disconnect power from wall socket leave 10 minutes then reconnect to power supply. See if that fixes it.

Hi, Which transmitter site do you receive? Do you have a roof mounted UHF aerial?

hi,yes a roof mounted aerial,not sure of transmission site.i get all mainland channels as well as all freeveiw bar 3and 4.since about a month ago i have been unable to record 3 and 4 from the epg a code 2 error .i phoned hills and they said it was a problem their end and should be resolved in a few weeks.nothing was resolved and now no 3 or 4 period.tried ringing and emailing them but cant get a reply.ill get on the roof in the weekend and check aerial.thanks

Hi, Is the roof mounted aerial a UHF one or an old VHF style antenna?

Which area are you in. Some areas have different transmitter sites for Freeview than analog TV. Have you checked your address for reception using www.freeviewnz.tv?

Sorry, I should have realised that you were in Nelson when you said mainland tv. It does sound like your aerial might have a problem. No one else in Nelson is reporting the problem.
