I've tried to record Rush TV on our Panasonic DVD recorder in the same way as other channels.   However, unlike other free-to-air channels the recordings do not seem to work.   Sometimes only a few minutes shows up as recorded and then playback produces a static and torn picture.   

Has anybody any idea what is going on and is there anything I can do to fix it?
