I just bought a VEON Freeview receiver and have it hooked up to an existing dish at my house. The receiver is a satellite receiver and is connected in the correct way, as per the instructions. In using scanning function in the setup menu of this receiver  I am seeing that I have signal strength of 73%, and quality of 98% on the D1 (160E) KU satellite.
