Prime has suddenly stopped working no signal strength or quality all other channels ok..any ideas why??

Hi i have got a Dish S7070 receiver and i have lost the remote. A flatmate has somehow locked the channels onto music only. How do i change it back to TV when doing it via the box set?Continue

Frequency question
Hi guys...just joined and after some help..Live in Queenstown and just bought a Dish s7070r sat box...having probs with losing signal one just one frequency (Chans 1, 2, 5, 6 & 7)...what sat freq should i tune into as currently KU10745
