Frequency question

Hi guys...just joined and after some help..Live in Queenstown and just bought a Dish s7070r sat box...having probs with losing signal one just one frequency (Chans 1, 2, 5, 6 & 7)...what sat freq should i tune into as currently  KU10745

Hi Rod

TVNZ is on the 12483 Frequency with a 22500 Symbol Rate 
If you can't get anything after this then refer to this LNB guide
