"Hi Josh -Thanks for your tip.I downloaded the latest firmware onto a USB stick, ran it, and tried connecting to On Demand once the installation was completed. However, there is no change and I'll follow up with DishTV.CheersIan"

"Good Morning Ian,  I would check to see if the decoder is updated to the latest version, usually new firmware will be able to resolve issues like this, You can get the latest software from the DISH TV website…"

We have a DishTV satellite decoder/recorder S8200. Lately we have noted problems in using it to access Freeview On Demand. The remote has an APPS button which displays a screen with an On Demand link. The APPS button works only erratically. We also have a green button on the remote which used to give us a connection to On Demand.
