We have a  S7090PVR dish tv box, it works great except when Prime cuts out and all other channels work. The message that comes across the screen reads; NO RECEPTION CHECK YOUR CABLE OR DISH.

I have the lateset firmware, have re-tuned several times, in the various ways and it has not resolved the issue. What else can I do?

Good Morning Jane,

The Issue is likely related to the LNB which is the little machine at the front the of the dish, this could be due to the age of the LNB or that it's not turned to the right degree.

A new LNB is cheap and can be purchased from your local installer or on websites like Trademe
