Well peoples don't hold ones breath on either  Panasonic or Freeview sorting out The EPG problem which is effecting Panasonic's Harddrive  Blue Ray Recorder/s with times and recording problems as both parties involved are blaming each other for the failures these machines are experiencing.

Is Immaterial who is to blame as surly both parties should be thinking of  solving this issue so their customers are looked after or  doesn't the customer matter...appears  not.

All that can be suggest is owners of Panasonic recorders inundate Panasonic NZ with  demanding emails or by telephone calls demanding these issues be sorted post haste. or contact Fair Go NZ....or even Consumer Affairs even Broadcasting NZ or the Broadcasting Minister, maybe then Panasonic NZ will then take this matter seriously as at moment they don't give any indication this matter is concerning enough  to warrant keeping their customers happy.

Is noted equivalent device to Panasonic, Samsung's, is not experiencing any issues with EPG as according to Samsung NZ is using different software to Panasonic....maybe just maybe this tells anyone with a hint of intelligence  that the software being used by Panasonic has failed.
