I bought my samsung 55MU6300 curv smart tv 2 days ago .The first thing I checked was the freeview plus . Oh no It freezes. First I went back to retailer. I was told it was an app problem ,most likely a virus or malware . It will be sorted as Samsung pay heaps to have this exclusive service . Wrong . Not happy I followed the instructions on the instructions re apps .No joy . I then rang Samsung and found that the problem is being sorted and Samsung are hoping the problem will be sorted earlier rather than later. I await with baited breath but I am disappointed, but cannot rectify it myself unfortunately.

sorted .I worked through problem and now get freeview on demand with the set box connected with HDMI
