Hi there,

Is anyone able to help me get back some of the Freeview Channels I lost suddenly, namely Prime & Maori TV please?

I posted in Jaynish's discussion, but have not had any replies regarding my problem.  

After running the retuning process with no results, I rang the Samsung Helpdesk, who took me through the retuning process again, but still no joy. They suggested I contact you.

If anyone can help I'd be much obliged.
