Hoping for some help. This morning when we turned on our Zygo s2000 Freeview to watch saved recordings, they had all gone. It still shows that we have 29% storage space left, so guess they are still there just not listed. The recording schedule is still there.
I unplugged it from power all day, but upon switching back on, we still have the same problem. I have checked and no update.
This has happened once before and we ended up resetting and lost everything. I have done a manual record just now, and that has worked.
Is there any update that will fix it this time. Really hope we haven't lost all our recordings as may need them if we end up having to self isolate.

Can anyone help with a major issue with my Zygo S2000 Freeview recorder. After losing all my recordings last month, despite it showing only 29% memory space available, I decided to reformat the recorder.
Unfortunately it has just deleted all my new recordings for a second time, which is doubly frustrating at the moment whilst at home during the shutdown, and unable to buy a replacement.
Can anyone help? Please.
Hi Teresa
When you format a hard drive you do loose all your recordings and data on the harddrive and is not recoverable, I suggest talking to the manufacturer DISH TV to help with this issue.

thanks so much for your reply. After being unable to see my recordings, I decided to reformat in the hopes that this would solve the problem. Unfortunately, the new recordings since reformatting have again been lost. I have reformatted again, and just hope that the recorder can keep going until lockdown is over as I think my best bet is probably a new recorder, but having just looked up online, these aren't classed as an essential item. I will also see if Dish TV can help
