Zeatek Digital Receiver Remote Replacement

Hi there,

We were sold a Zeatek when moving into a new house by the man who came to install our TV set-up. We did not know it was an unapproved receiver and when the remote broke after 12 months , we could not buy a replacement from the store (or any other store) from where we had received the recommendation to use this particular installer.

Has anyone out there any advice for us - we know zilch about all this stuff.

If you go to www.freeviewshop.co.nz and ask them about a universal remote to replace the original that came with the unit or could try www.alkris.co.nz as they seem to be suppliers of the unit
