Quite suddenly my freeview box wouldn't respond to the remote. I changed the batteries, nothing.

Disconnected everything but it still seemed stuck on Channel 3 and wouldn't shift. Went into Harvey Norman and they told me about holding down the central circle as the same time as the little white circle on the remote. Nothing.

Rang Dish TV. Magic. I didn't know about the little pinhole button behind the grill on the left side of the unit. Pressed that then repeated the 2 circle move, hey presto!  Not a lot of people know that.
