Unwatchable prime, edge and bravo +1

Hi, we have dish tv Freeview s8200 satellite. Everything has been fine but in the last week Prime, the Edge and Bravo +1 have become unwatchable. Either black screen but sound or jumpy stuttering sound and pictures. Have done a reset and retune but no change. Other channels not affected. Freeview box only months old and no previous problems. Any advice?

I would think it is most likely your LNB on your satellite dish causing this issue, however you can contact our support team to see if they can help you any further, 0800 347 488 or 07 929 4123
