Hi all ,,got a ultraplus x1000 hd+,,and the epg stop working ,,so now can not record ,,can anyone help with this one ???

tried a factory reset?

Try a reset but contact the manufacturer for specific instructions,

Hi got it working ,,,turned it off for the night ,,,all go again to day so thank you Josh n Willis
