TVNZ pixelated and drops out

I have an older Sony KDL40EX500 live in Paraparaumu.
Get all channels fine except for tvnz. It will come up but all pixelated and not able to watch.
Just wanting some recommendations around cost effective ways to boost the signal please.

Best way is to realign your aerial, it may have drifted off slightly, if you are unable to do this then a UHF band pass filter may help as this will filter out 4G / LTE frequencies in your area.
