Tvnz and Maori the no signal

I have a Veon Sat 101. Tvnz and Maori Tv have no signal this evening. I have done a retune but while it recognises these channels there is no signal. Overall signal strength is 65% and quality is about 97%.
We have high cloud and fog at the moment.
Any clues?

I fixed it by toggling the LNB 22KHz setting on and off
