"TUNING FAILED"
We recently moved house and discovered there was no aerial, but a satellite instead. We have freeview built into our TV ( LG) I was told I needed to get a Satellite Receiver from the likes of the Warehouse, Harvey Norman etc. I have bought it, plugged it in, followed instructions to set it up but it keeps saying "Tuning Failed"

Hey Danielle
Are you sure you have connected the screw in cable into the new Freeview Satellite box? check to see if the cable is fed directly into the Satellite dish on the roof.
You may need to adjust a few more settings like LNB settings in order for the device to pick up the right signal suitable for your Satellite Dish and Set Top Box
