tune channel one and two

we have freeview box 67080 and can tune in all channes except 1 and 2. is there a different frequency number? How can we tune it in? havent move the satelite dish

You might be experiencing this issue because the LNB (Which is that little things at the front of the dish pointing to the sky) will either need to be replaced or realigned properly which will provide you with TV One and TV2 and all the channels within that group you cannot receive.

Freeview Forum has provided a page dedicated to this which helps you understand what the LNB does and how to fix LNB Problems including how to realign without too much complication or a need of a local installer, if realigning the LNB is no use, then replacing one will do the trick, you can purchase LNB's online at cheap prices or at your local TV/AV installer's product shop.

In regards to your request the frequency number that the Dish TV unit has failed to lock in is 12483H22500
