trouble with my topfield box

I have lost TV3 and it has been replaced by Four Plus1, the problem is that when i go to the main menu I need to enter a 4 digit pin code and i don't have this, have tried the basic one but no joy, then how do i tune in TV3 and Four Plus 1 properly

Is the Topfield box freeview approved? I would contact the supplier to get the pin code from them. Then a retune should sort it out.

Hi Andrew,

Phone DishTV, as they were previously the Topfield agent. Give them the model number and they'll give you the "over-ride" pin number, to get you into the system, then you can set your own pin number after that.

thanx for that I have contacted the supplier and was told that the model number is the pin code. Thanks for your help
