trouble shooting

hi there . having problems with my  freeveiw box, its a Dishtv s7070. Worked fine for the firts  couple months then one night after id switched off (via  remote)  I heard a loud click and since then I havent been able to get reception

You will need to take this up with the Dish TV Phone Support team via their 0800 number (0800 347 488) and fully describe what happened.
