Transonic TWH-S1

Very sorry if this has been asked before. Didn't want to go through previous posts to find the answer.
Have received a second hand box, tried to connect, however the box itself doesn't seem to be working. On the display panel, when turned on, it shows green colon (:) and to its right a orange circle, both lights and both blinking. HELP PLEASE!!

Hi Kata

Looks like that unit is faulty, there have been issues with these receivers in the past as reported from customers. Is the unit still under warranty? You could still return the unit and ask to get a refund so you can purchase one of the latest and more reliable brands at The Warehouse.
