T2100 - intermittent noise/tick

recently purchased a t2100, all channels auto tuned (after two attempts). Every now and then a sound is heard from the TV which sort of sounds like when you lose signal, however picture is not affected. Any ideas

It sounds like your UHF aerial needs to be realigned to the transmitter, those sounds are definitely related to the reception instead of the unit itself.

I suggest looking at your setup and ensure nothing is interrupting or is affecting the UHF aerial. As any kind of interference can cause these sounds to develop.
