bought smart view from the warehouse, everything else works fine but there is no freeveiw on it nor can i find it in available apps. the button on the remote does nothing,spent about a day so far, but just can't find any info on it.

Hmmm that's a strange one, 

You might need to do a factory reset so that all the apps can work properly. Give that a try and see if it works,

I found IT.

had to goto apps and do a serch by typing it in.

this thing could benefit from descent instructions.
