Set to record Ch3, records Ch 3+1

I set my Dish TV HDD recorder to record the series of TV3 news.  After a day or two I find it has changed ITSELF to record TV 3+1 news (an hour later).   As there are several other things I want to record at 1900 this means there are too many channels recording at this time so some channels are not recording.

I am mystefied why my  keeps changing to Ch 3+1!

I had this same issue a number of times. I wonder if it is related to the EPG Issue I am having with my Panasonic/Freeview. Several shows I had set for series recording had changed somehow to the +1 channels. How does that happen?
