Its the twice yearly Sun Transits  ,  should be nearly finished now .

Around 1 week start of Sept and  1 week start of April

around 1320 Hours Optus D1    and 1720 Hours Asiasat 3

there are on line calculators for other locations and satellites !!!!

Steve

Don't think that's it as it has been happening for at least 6 months every day

What brand and model of receiver   and  brand of Sat Dish and LNB ??

Ok thanks Steve

Model is DTVS model 1B

Sat dish is a SKY dish but i have replaced the LNB with a new one but not sure what one it was but was supplied by a tech that knows his job

All I can suggest is that no timed events are set ,  like automatic updates of software ,

perhaps check in update settings   etc  . I Have not seen that particular model

so unfortunately don't know the menu structure . Perhaps give DTVS in Tawa a call
