When I am watching a recorded programme and want to fast fwd it goes back to the beginning and says Playback aborted due to invalid/corrupt content, how do I resolve this?

There could be a few reasons that this problem may be occurring, the best course of action I could suggest would be to contact our technical phone line while in front of the unit. Either 0800 347 488 or 07 929 4123. We could help you troubleshoot the issue, technical phone lines are open from 8:00am - 4:45pm.
