S7070

I have 4 freeview boxes, and have just been updating the channels as per instructions, but for reason the S7070 menu button wont work and I keep getting a message that says "no Favorites" I have tried the remotes from the S7070R's and same message !!!! any idea whats worng ??

The S7070 and the S7070R are 2 different remotes . You will need to find the S7070 remote.

I have the remote, but trying to rescan as instructed, I cant get the MENU to come up, when using this button I keep getting the message "no favorite service " and this is the remote that came with the box when I purchased it, from Noel Leemings a few years ago,on checking the remote says s7070r.
