I have a Freeview HD Buddy which has an annoying problem.

Often when trying to adjust the volume with the buttons on the remote it changes the channel instead.  Doesn't happen all the time, but it's very annoying when it does!

Anyone had this issue, and if so, is it a problem with the remote, or with the box itself?

Certainly appreciate any help with this. (as it will decrease significantly the bad language used in the house)
