Terrestrial reception issue in the Thorndon area Wellington City.

I am a aerial installer having issues with digital Tv reception in an apartment block Thorndon Wellington. Receiving transmission from Fitzherbert transmitter in Hutt Valley.

I have issues with the signal quality reception, the signal strength is very good with a reading of around the mid 55- 56 dBuv on all carriers but the signal to noise ratio swings between 10-38dB on all carriers.

Can someone help with contacting Kordia in regards to this issue.
