We have recently ditched Sky TV, however am now having issues with tuning into Freeview.

We are in Christchurch and the TV in the bedroom receives Freeview when plugged directly into the plug in the wall and looks perfectly fine, however in the lounge we have an LG 55LM7600 that when plugged into the wall and going trough the tuning process doesn't really work.

About 4/5 times it says not programs/channels found and that 1/5 chance it does, it find 5 Digital channels (TV Shop, Al Jazeera and a couple of others). However it doesn't program Channel 1 -4 or anything like that and even those couple it does find the couple of channels, it doesn't tune them in correctly, as in about the top quarter of the TV screen broadcasts them in and out and the sound is all static? I have gone in the settings and done a signal test and the results are all listed as 'Poor'.

LG have confirmed that the TV has Freeview|HD built into it and should be working fine

Any ideas?
