Prime TV channel 10 issues on S8200
S8200 box. The EPG shows the correct programme currently showing but when I select to watch channel it shows me Prime+1. To get the current prime programming I have to manually type channel 10 into the remote. Additionally, I don't even have Prime+1 listed as a channel on EPG!
Anybody know how to solve this issue?

I have exactly the same issue with my S8200, and it's a real pain!
I contacted DishTV, and they say it's a known problem with Freeview's EPG.
The say it's happening on a number of receivers, but they believe it's only when connected via satellite dish.
They say Freeview needs to correct the problem, but it could be some time before it's fixed.
