I get freeview via satellite and have a DTV set top box ( a DTVS-DSR2 - reasonably old ). A couple of months ago I was getting the Prime plus 1 channel and now it's disappeared. Does anyone know if I should be able to still get this channel and if so, how I can get it back? Thanks :)

You might want to do a rescan of the channels to find Prime Plus 1 (Although not officially part of the Freeview line up you can still scan this in manually to receive the channel)
If you need further help with this, please let me know

Thanks Josh. I've done a scan of all of the channels a couple of times. Both times Prime Plus 1 shows up when it scans, then disappears once the scan is complete. No biggie - just would've been handy sometimes to have this channel. Cheers.

The same thing happens with the Veon 101 (Dishtv S7070r *Clone*) . I assume it has something to do with the Prime Plus1 not being an official freeview channel.

Hi,
Prime Plus 1 should tune itself if you leave the unit on "Prime" or "Bravo Plus 1". If you have lost the channel then you can insert it as follows:
1) Change the channel to Bravo Plus 1
2) Press the Menu button and then OK on Channel Manager
3) Select New Channel
4) Move to Channel Name and press Left or Right button to bring up the keypad and change teh channel name to Prime Plus 1
5) Enter Audio PID as 1102
6) Enter Video PID as 1002
7) Enter PCRPID as 1002
Press OK to Save
Thanks Anil!
