Prime Lip Sync and squelching noise
We have an Ultra Plus 720HDMI PVR topbox, we have had TV guys around to retune it for us after the digital changeover and we are still having problems with Prime. Lip Sync is out and it makes a squelching noise after 15-20 mins, was doing this before the retune and is still doing it, I mentioned it to the TV Guys and they said to contact Freeview....I have looked at the forum and loaded the update as mentioned but my system tells me we already have a later version loaded. Any suggestions /help please ?

the agents for this make are www.ultrapower.co.nz and the only update listed for the 720 relates to prime version 1.18.76
