I set my box satbox ultra s7090pvr to record tv1 and was watching prime channel 10 when the recording started on tv1 prime froze so I jogged up to prime channel 1021 and it was ok

what is the problem?

Hi William

It looks like there are some issues with how the channels have been tuned in on your receiver, My box did the same thing a few years ago. As you have Prime on non-Freeview allocated channel numbers.

Can you please try a retune of your channels, you can do this by your installation menu and auto tuning the channels, this should refresh and hopefully solve the Prime issue.

If that doesn't work, let me know and I will follow up with the team,

I did the tune up with the wizard and satellite strength was 80 and clarity 89
Nothing changed would I be better to forget ch 10 as I can get prime on ch 1021 1022 and 1023

Opps, looks like that's the wrong information.

If you can go to a Prime recording which froze after recording TV One, go into library and highlight the recording and press the info button twice there and it will give a record property screen

It was TVone that I had programmed to start at 7.30
When the recording started prime froze
The info I sent was for tvone
