Sorry to hear you are having issues with the SmartVU, Are you able to reboot your WIFI router and the Smart VU device and try loading OnDemand again?

hi - I get this issue pretty much every day, and only turning both the tv and Smart Vu device off and on will get the On demand function working. So frustrating!
