I have a Sony KD-55X7500F and we were watching ON-demand content which has now stopped.

I have tried re-registering but it says my emails is already registeed.

Any ideas?

Hi Gerry, 

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password or just need to change it, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings, select "Login to On Demand"
  2. Select "Login with Email", then select the 'Forgot your password?' button.
  3. Enter the email address you used to register*, to receive an email to reset your password.  *if you chose to register by Facebook originally, this email address should be the one linked to your Facebook account.
  4. Check your email account and promptly follow the instructions we sent you to reset your password.

Nope that didnt work so I tried registering  a new account and still the same issue. 


Select program to watch

TVNZ logo shows and nothing else.

We did have it working and watched several programs before it stopped

Thanks for your reply, I would recommend a factory reset to clear the settings and try loading on demand again, if you still encounter these problems please submit a ticket here https://www.freeviewnz.tv/support/contact-us/new_freeviewod_form/

We will then investigate further

Completed a factory reset and the on-demand still isnt working. Ticket with information submitted
