Older Free channels lost?

We have recently upgraded our setup box to a new DishTv branded one. We have done the scan for D1 and D2.

Over time we noticed that a few Christian channels were dropping off from reception from our dual Sat dish setup. Daystar and GodTv  was free now we cant seem to get them? can you help with channel info and tuning? Have they now gone to subscriber based and thats why they dont recieve??
