Hmm, Subtitles are always recorded, have you made sure you push the subtitle button on the remote when watching recorded shows?

Yes the subtitle button is on but still there is still no subtitles on recorded programmes.

Are you able to note which programmes this happens to or the channel or does this happen to all?

This is happening to all, since the last upgrade I haven't found a programme it works on yet.

We can confirm that there was a bug on the current relelase, we are releasing an update tomorrow which will correct this.

Thank you for resolving this issue, the subtitles are now working on all recorded programmes.
