Hi Malcom

The transmission provider fixed a fault with their Ngarara transmission site on the 8th June,  the fault was caused by a power outage which also took out local radio services.  If you continue to experience service issues (or still see "No Signal"), please retune your device

We lost all tvnz channels on Friday and now all the mediaworks channels have very poor reception. Have re-tuned a dozen or more times and done factory reset. Still nothing. Have had issues ever since the total loss in Kapiti last weekend. What can we do to restore rreception to all channels?

I'm at the very limit of the coverage from Kapiti. I just check the levels on the four multiplexes , TVNZ  Mediaworks Kordia and Apna. All showing normal signal and MER  etc . Perhaps you have a very local issue

Hi Elizabeth

If Steve can get normal coverage of reception and he lives on the fringe of this accessibility of the Kapiti Transmission then the issue you might have is likely to be a aerial issue and may pay to get this looked at and have a fiddle with its direction, it might just be a small tweak to restore your channels to full strength
