Hi , Just purchased a new Samsung UHDTV , set up and cannot get any Freeview channels through the satellite, tunes in fine finding 20 channels( Canterbury area ) , but won't display any picture or sounds, have rung samsung but they can't find any problem with tv. Am able to get all channels perfect using freeview box through same cables. Thanks
