Sorry to hear you are having trouble, are you able to help provide more information

• Are you able to load up the EPG (TV Guide) On Screen)
• Which channels are you having issues recording
• How long has this been happening
• What area do you live in e.g. West Auckland, Wellington City

Yes the guide loads fine, mainly seems to be tvnz I can't record, just will say can't record at this time and then says code 2. It started yesterday with all channels but now just seems to be tv one. Have turned off dish and re started, all that stuff. I'm in Nelson
